I like the fact that they let you know they are coming so my pups can have a bathroom break before they arrive and get back in side before they get to the yard. The pups love the treats they leave behind, too. I’ve tried a couple company’s and the Doo Doo Crew is more thorough than the others. Clear communication whether it be through emails or reminder texts. Definitely, recommend!"

There have been weeks that they are unable to service my yard due to whatever reason, their policy is no credit for weeks missed which is a bit upsetting. While yes they do get the poo the next week, I don't pay based on how much poo they get, I pay for a weekly service.
But it is rare enough.

Additionally I did have issues with of my dog was outside they would just leave and not knock on the door. I work from home and can forget or miss their text. I've been more diligent about this on my end so it hasn't been an issue recently though. But I always worry."
