It’s official! Jorden has been with us for four years! In that time she has become such an essential, irreplaceable part of Katie’s Kennel.

As the manager of our Tiny Town location, Jorden pours her heart into everything she does. She cares so deeply for our clients and their pups, and it truly shows in every interaction. For every reassuring smile and thoughtful conversation, she goes the extra mile without ever being asked. Her devotion and care have brought comfort to countless families, and her leadership has shaped Tiny Town into the warm, welcoming place it is today!

Jorden is the kind of coworker who brings out the best in everyone around her. She listens, supports, and lifts people up. She’s the person you’re grateful to see on a hard day and the teammate you trust without question! Simply put, she is essential to our team and we wouldn’t be able to do what do without her.

We are hiring! 🎉

We are looking for awesome humans to join our team this holiday season (and hopefully beyond!).

This isn't just playing with dogs all day- it's cleaning, supervising, organizing, and caring for dogs like they're your own. It's fast paced, strategic, physical, and super rewarding (if you love working hard and staying active).

✅We're looking rockstars who are:

∙Trustworthy, dependable and always on time
∙Highly attentive to detail
∙Comfortable working outdoors year round- rain, snow, heat, bugs and all
∙Able to bend and lift up to 40lbs
∙Great teammates who take pride in doing things the right way
∙Positive problem solvers

✅The details:

∙Starting pay: $16/hr with opportunity to make up to $20+/hr
∙Bonus cash for exit baths
∙Retirement plan
∙Paid sick leave
∙20-40 hours a week (varies with the season- we're the busiest when school's out: summer, fall break, spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas- New Year's, and 4th of July)
∙Must be 18+
∙Must be available weekends (FRI-SUN)
∙Must be available in the PM (3pm-8pm)
∙Must be available on holidays (we are open 365 days a year)

Shifts are 7:00am-12:00pm or 3:00pm-8:00pm (MON-SUN)

We are not a typical kennel, more of a home-away-from-home. Think of us as a Dog Boarding Boutique.

Our mission has always been to create a space that your dog is excited to come to and hesitant to leave. We do things a little differently and see the huge difference it makes in our guests. Although we want to make our human clients happy, our number one priority is keeping our guests calm, happy, and stress-free while with us!
