Hey everybody! We had a couple policy changes this year & wanted to be sure everyone is aware of them. Everything is basically business as usual, but some of our pricing methods have changed. Please read these over & let us know if you have any questions. We appreciate you!

We’re sure you’ve all heard about the mysterious canine respiratory illness that’s running amuck right now. We’ve had a few clients inquire as to what we think about it & what we’re doing to keep everyone’s fur babies safe while they’re in our care, so we thought we would just share with everyone how we’re approaching the situation.

- We have always tried to refrain from allowing dogs to interact with one another in the shop without owner consent, but now we are firmly practicing social distancing with all dogs unless they are from the same family.

- We removed our water bowl in the lobby. If a dog requires water, they can have their own personal bowl in their kennel.

- As we have always done, we are vigilant about cleaning & disinfecting all kennels, grooming tables, & grooming tools between each dog.

- It is mandatory that all dogs we see are vaccinated for Bordetella, which is currently the only upper respiratory vaccination available to dogs.

The safety & well-being of your pets is of the utmost importance to us & we do not take the responsibility of caring for them lightly. Please call us with any questions or concerns you may have - we want everyone to feel safe & comfortable.
