Eco Animal is the first and only pet water cremation company in Nebraska. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter to join the Eco Animal team as our Client Care Specialist. The ideal candidate would serve as the right hand to our lead veterinarian throughout the entire pet cremation process ranging from client interactions to care and
handling of the deceased animal, and finally creating keepsake items
for clients to remember their pets. We are looking for someone that wants to grow with the business.

* The client care specialist must be a team player and work well with the Eco Animal Team.

* Must have excellent people skills to work with other staff members.

* Must be compassionate and empathetic towards clients. Must have a heart for people and animals. Will be understanding towards clients who are grieving.

* Will handle all animals with compassion and care.

* Must represent Eco Animal in a professional manner.

* The applicant must be detail oriented.

* Must feel comfortable learning computer programs and engraving.

Tasks and responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to e-mails and phone calls.

* Pick up deceased animals from client homes and vet clinics.

* Educate individual clients as wells as veterinary clinics on the Eco Animal Cremation services available.

* Complete packages for clients including engraving, creating paw prints in clay and acrylic (training provided).

* Load alkaline hydrolysis machine with deceased animals.

* Meet with clients whose pets are recently deceased.

* Applicant must be able to be in good physical health.

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Person must be able to stand and lift.

* Must be able to squat and lift things from the floor.

* Must hold a valid Nebraska Drivers License.
