These two Mainecoons came in for grooming today and are brother and sister ! They just HAD to be together while drying. They calmed each other but I think sister just wanted to use her brother as a cushion. So Precious !

To help us better serve your furry friends and keep our schedule running smoothly, we’re introducing a new cancellation policy. *This update applies to both new and existing clients!
Here’s what you need to know:

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. 📅

Prepayment Requirement: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require prepayment for your next appointment. 💳

No Call, No Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we will require prepayment for all future appointments. 🚫

Non-Refundable Prepayments: Prepayments are non-refundable, unless there is an emergency. In case of an emergency, the prepayment will be credited to your account for future use. 🚨

By implementing this policy, we can ensure that our grooming team can efficiently manage their schedules, reduce wait times and provide the best possible service to all our furry friends. 🐱✂️ Your cooperation helps us maintain a high standard of care and allows us to continue offering personalized attention to each and every pet.

❄️❄️We will be closed early today at 12 in observation of Christmas Eve and closed all day for Christmas Day. Our boarding specialists will still be in tending to the kitties though.
