I remember when my kids were 5 and 6 years old… I wanted them to play ball SOOOOOO BAD, but there weren’t any programs that started that young.

WELL WE CHANGED THAT 😤

We’ve created a basketball program for kids ages 3-7 that is not focused on competition. We are not even focused on development! Our main purpose of “The Dreamer League” is to introduce children to the game of basketball as early as possible, AND GAIN THEIR GENUINE INTEREST!

This position requires a very specific individual of high moral character, good hygiene and cleanliness, the ability to control a classroom of children ages 6-12, previous basketball experience, and above all... SAFE! Previous child care experience is strongly appreciated.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background check and fingerprinting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- A genuine care for the well-being and growth of children
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to plan and implement lessons based on age and school objectives
- Ability to establish and maintain healthy and effective relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Knowledgr of content, curriculum, methods, materials, equipment, and programs
- Firm understanding of NE compliance
- Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently

Starting Salary:
$30k - $42k contingent upon qualifications
