This banana square snack cake combines Miller Dohrmann Farm Turkey Red Whole wheat flour, and free range chicken eggs for a nutritious snack.
Recipe
Set oven 350
3/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 bananas, miller Dohrmann free range eggs-2
and a t spoon of vanilla
Mix together in bowl
In another bowl combine
1 cup miller Dohrmann Turkey Red whole wheat flour with 1 half t spoon baking powder and baking soda
Pinch of salt and cinnamon
Combine wet and dry ingredients together
Pour in greased 8x8
Dish
Bake for 25 minutes

Sage Dressing Loaves!
Any cook can tell you- it’s not about the recipe- rather it’s knowing perfect the consistency of the combined ingredients.
Sage Dressing was a tradition on the Miller side of the family. Because I was the youngest I often just watched in the kitchen. And that is how I learned what makes the best Sage Dressing.
Each loaf starts with cubed bread made with Miller Dohrmann Farm Turkey Red whole wheat flour baked by
Once cubed, the celery, butter and spices are added.
Sage spice ties it all together.
The consistency should be moist - not sticky nor dry.
Par baked at 350
And ready for your oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Freeze until the day before baking.
Sage dressing has a special place on our table - and hope yours as well.

An egg, buttermilk, honey and melted butter- stir and in 25 minutes you’ll have the aroma of corn and fluffy corn bread🌽

And so it begins. The making of Thanksgiving Sage Dressing. You’ll want to add this gem to your shopping list for this Sundays pop up

It starts with high quality bread—Miller Dohrmann farm Turkey Red Whole Wheat flour and baked by our friends 😋

This is the story of our barn❤️
Once upon a time there was another barn that lived in the same place as our barn. The barn lived a great life, but as you can see from the photos-it was not in good shape.
The spring of 2013, the Ponca Hills fire department burned the old barn down as a training exercise.
The following summer we built a new Post and Beam SandCreek barn. And in the fall, we smiled. The Miller Dohrmann Farm had a beautiful new barn. Over the years we have had many Pop Ups.
Next event is 10 days away- Sunday November 24th.

What’s for breakfast? We’ll have all your favorites at our Pre Holiday Thanksgiving Pop Up
Pancakes are always a crowd pleaser- but especially when made with our Turkey Red Whole Wheat Flour. We’ll be selling pancake mix along with all the fixins- butter, eggs and honey😋
For the one that’s on the go- take a bite of our Apple Butter GF oatmeal breakfast cookies. Healthy and filling for all the nutrition and energy to last a busy day 😋
And a fan favorite -pumpkin over night oats. Made with Sugar Pie roasted pumpkin- all you need is to add your preferred choice of milk-stir -refrigerated - lasting up to 5 days - giving to a taste of Thanksgiving all week.

Thanksgiving is made for Butter.
We will have 3 kinds of butter available Sunday November 24 at our Pre Holiday Pop Up.
First up is that dreamy sage compound butter. Made with our dried sage and puréed into a flavor cloud.
Homemade butter is our next butter. Those that know - know. Just think what your potatoes and rolls will taste like without home spun butter
Next butter - isn’t really a butter.
Apple butter- made with our farm apples. You’ve tasted our cider- now imagine that mouth feel of sweet/ savory Apple Butter.
