One of our favorite traditions at the Airpark is our annual Lowcountry Boil + Fly-in.

A little rain shower didn’t slow us down… over 100 property owners, their friends, and prospective property owners joined us from all over the U.S.

JR & Friends Jazz Trio entertained us while we enjoyed a fresh seafood boil prepared by our fantastic caterer, AJ Vanover.

Thanks to all the neighbors who attended and brought a dish, a dessert, or a beverage. Special shoutout to Airpark resident Scott Hallock who brought his friends’ treat - Crawfish & Crab Cornbread! Bring 2 or 3 more next time, Scott. 😎

Our recent Phase 4 Pre-Release event was a great success. We had a fantastic group of prospective BSFA property owners fly in to view the newly released homesites in Phase 4 and the few remaining ones in Phase 3.

We had a great time celebrating Independence Day with our friends and neighbors.

The afternoon started with an ATV ride to the river basin.

Next, Perry & Kristy Terry from Whole Hog BBQ smoked a 130lb pig that was amazing!

Property owners Britt and Craig did some flying in their Extra 300SC planes.

Caterer AJ Vanover played TAPS on his bugle before our 30+ minute fireworks display.

If you've been looking for a chance to visit (or re-visit) Big South Fork Airpark, our Independence Day Celebration is a great way to see our community in full swing.

Join us on Saturday, July 6th, for our annual Pig Roast + Fly-In + Fireworks Show.

The event starts around 3pm with an ATV ride to the river. Pig Roast and smoked chicken provided by our friends at Whole Hog BBQ around 6pm. Fireworks display shortly after dusk.
