Charlene and I visited Helping Hounds dog rescue today in Syracuse. Hey, it's my day off and spending time visiting a BEAUTIFUL shelter is my idea of fun! If you get a chance visit them and look for a four legged friends. The whole time we were there Charlene kept telling me "we don't need ANOTHER DOG!"...PS....They have puppies!

Thanks to the generous tips from my clients I was able to do something I've been wanting to do for sometime. When I was asked by Helping Hounds director Kathy Gilmour if I knew of anyplace they could get a used grooming table I decided to buy them a brand new table, grooming arm and loop! Thank you to my clients for making it possible for me to do this! We animal lovers help each other out whenever we can for the betterment of our furry friends....Alex

YAAAAAAY!!!!! All three of the dogs I groomed for Wanderers Rest Humane Association last Saturday have been adopted!!!!!! The BEST part is all three have been adopted by my clients and I get to groom them for the rest of their lives!!!!!! SWEET!!!!!!!

I groomed 3 dogs for Wanderers Rest today at no charge. 2 dogs have been adopted but this little girl Paisley a maltese is going to be up for adoption! She's about 8 lbs or so and is a snuggler and hasn't barked yet! If interested contact WRHA in Canastota and let them know. She can be seen now at the shelter. She'd make a wonderful Mother's day gift!
