David Temple and Tom Nelson were the 7.5 Slide Roping Champions! They went home with $1250 a man and some Kershner Custom Silver buckles.

We were able to raise just shy of $7000 to go towards Idaho and Oregon Ranchers. Thank to everyone that donated items.

We plan to keep the fundraiser going every year to raise money for the rural fire departments in our area.

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀

Women's Breakaway Champion was Kayla Tiegs she went home with $520 for 1st in the average.

Men's Breakaway Champion was Gus King he went home with $500 for 1st in the average.

Kayla and Gus had a little rope off to see who took home $250 cash- Gus was the rope off champion!

Makenly Davis was our novice champion going home with $470 for 1st in the average, $90 for fast time in round 2, and $160 for 3rd in the average. Makenly was riding a horse she purchased from us last year, she's done a great job with him. I can't wait to see them winning more money together!

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁!

Tomorrow is the big day. I have poured my heart and soul into it. As I sit back and take a look at the quality of horses we have tomorrow, I have no words. In a million years I don't know if I could have dreamed it up.

All the preparations, decisions, advertising, and overthinking is done. Tomorrow we get to see how we did!

So many in our areas have been affected by the fires we have decided to put together a fundraiser to benefit Oregon and Idaho ranchers. All proceeds will be split between non profits associated with the Oregon Cattleman's Aasociation, Idaho Cattle Association, and Payette River. We will have a silent auction on Saturday the 24th through the day and night along with a small live auction for big items following the horse sale.

Hope to see you all tomorrow! Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions. We are accepting cash, cards (4% fee will apply) and personal checks. If you are planning on paying with a personal check please be prepared with a Letter of Guarantee from your bank. If you don't have time to get one we can hold the papers until payment clears.

All the riding horses are required to complete a vet exam prior to the sale, most of the yearlings will also have that done. Those are available in the office for anyone to view. Any abnormalities found will be announced in the ring. PAY ATTENTION to announcements in the ring. Zack Zumstein will be our auctioneer, Becky Temple and Annie Hood are the office gals, Dr. Angie Allum and Dr. Ashley Doughty are the attending veterinarians. Please feel free to ask any of us any questions along the way. I (Courtney Medley) will be out about all day tomorrow and calling pedigrees with Zack during the sale.

Novice division will run first
Women's second
Men's last

Rope off will be between the average champion of the Women's and Men's division, you can use your short go time or challenge it!
