If you adopt from FURever FURkids Sanctuary & Rescue, you will be required to sign a contract. You MUST contact us at [email protected] if you are not able to keep the pet you adopted from us. If we do not have room, you will need to keep the pet until a foster or a FURever home is found for the pet. There is a $30 return fee, and all vet records must be given to us as well (if past the 7-day trial). The adoption fee is paid upfront, but we will return the adoption fee (minus $20 to help cover time and gas) as long as pet is returned safe and with all vet records that were given at the time of adoption.

Poppy is at Dixie for all of her vetting this morning! She weighed in at 35.4 pounds so my estimation was right on! 🙌🏻 I was going to take a picture of her, but it was pouring down 🌧️ and she got a little car sick🤢 so we’ll get pics later.

Our Story

Established in 2011, FURever FURkids Sanctuary & Rescue is a privately run rescue in Ooltewah, TN (near Chattanooga).

All of our sanctuary/rescue pets have come from situations such as being on death row at shelters, owners who can no longer keep them, or even rescued from heartbreaking situations.

Each rescued pet is kept in foster homes until a FURever home is found. If no home can be found, they become a sanctuary pet. Every pet is spayed/neutered (if of age), current on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and dogs are heartworm tested, (if the dog is over 6 months) prior to adoption.
