With a mix of ☀️ and 🌧️, we had a great time with Lendon Gray and Dressage4Kids as we celebrated Mother’s Day together 🌼! Trail rides, a D4K Training4Teaching workshop & dinner, super lessons with Lendon, and a Mother’s Day brunch rounded out the weekend.

Thank you to and for sharing your own experiences as our guest speakers. Thank you to 🐝 for the delicious locally sourced meals! And, most importantly, thank you to the fabulous mothers 💗 for ALL you do every day!

We had a little Mardi Gras mambo with the ever fabulous Janet Foy 👑 this weekend!

Despite the cold temps in south Louisiana, we managed to stay warm with super lessons, entertaining stories, electric blankets and hot chocolate ring side, a wine & cheese book signing, lots of king cake, and great friends!

Thank you to Janet for a fantastic clinic and thanks to all who joined us, especially our VIP auditors who contributed to the Region 9 NAYC fundraiser!

It’s a wrap for our D4K holiday TEAM clinic with Lendon Gray—and there was certainly a lot of Christmas spirit!

The weekend’s festivities featured riders from Texas and Louisiana (check out the elves!), a TEAM celebration complete with s’mores & a white elephant gift exchange, stockings, D4K Christmas cookies, and fabulous lectures by Dr. Brian Lomax, Dr. Alex Lognion, Marla Royer, & Lendon Gray!

Littel Joe 2 is home safe and sound!

Jennifer Burts and Donnie Burts—thank you for sharing Joey with Ben this year. It’s been an incredible journey filled with hard work, so many valuable lessons and a lot of fun. Both boys enjoyed every step of the way! We hope other horse owners will follow suit and enable young riders to learn from experienced schoolmasters like Joey. Thank you both! ❤️
