The dog whisperer made it look so easy, but the effects of the communication breakdown is answering this question for you also. Without proper training many dogs can develop behavioral issues that keep them from developing their full potential as pets and companions. Some will develop negative behaviors to the extent that they become a danger to themselves and or others.
