Atlas is a 5 month old Basenji. He was a real challenge for the first week of his board and train, ignoring me and refusing all of the treats I offered. Now, in less than a week, he has learned all of his basic behaviors plus roll over, paw and be a kitty.
He will graduate with flying colors on Sunday. 😁

Skya, a 10 month old Rottweiler , graduating from board and train at Wiggle Butt’s Academy, LLC.

Coconut is walking much better in her knee brace. She doesn’t limp with it on. Next week I will be adding the second knee brace to her other hind leg. I do physical therapy on her leg with her every day. Massage therapy, passive range of motion (PROM), 15 minute controlled walk and moist heat therapy. I purchased rubber toe grips to keep her from slipping on my hard floors and they were a game changer! She can now stand up without struggling, even with her knee brace on. I am blown away!! I bought the top grips for my older Australian Shepherd, Gracie too. She has Arthritis in her hips and really struggles to stand up.

Coconut has a video call appointment with Posh Dog today to take measurements of her legs for her custom braces. I ordered the knee brace she has on in the picture from Amazon.com so she could at least use the bathroom outside until her custom braces arrive. It’s helping some, as long as I wait about an hour after she takes her pain meds. She does have to stop and rest now and then and mom has to position her feet so she can walk back up the steps but we’re doing it!
