Come and say hello to Ron from Santiago Creek Alliance. He is a volunteer who advocates for the safety and cleanliness of our creeks. Ron will have a table up by the walkway behind the large dog side all week.

This is the same team that takes such great care of the Orange Dog Park. If you feel comfortable, say a word of thanks when you see them around the Park.

Wednesday morning our Parks team discovered that vandals had broken into the electrical/irrigation box and flooded the field at El Camino Park, where Chapman Softball was scheduled to play an out-of-state team later that afternoon. 🥎

With the help of some sunshine ☀️ and a little elbow grease 💪🏼 , our awesome Parks crew jumped into action and got the field into playable condition! 👏🏼😎

Please keep in mind the Park is for everyone. Your dog may be the friendliest dog in the world, size may not matter, off leash vs on leash, not to mention not all humans react the same. That is not for you to decide for them. Please ensure everyone is leashing their animals from the parking lot to the entry corrals and back.

It's your pup's FAVORITE time of year again. Wednesday Nights are back at the Orange Dog Park, from now until we change the clocks again (weather permitting ⛈️☔️). Starting tomorrow, March 19th, the Park will be open from 3 PM until dusk. Keep an eye on our socials to see what fun we have in store for the future.

Due to mud and standing water, the City is keeping the Park close 1 more day. So sorry. Our wonderful, natural grass play surface will be back in full swing this week.

Meet Taos: The Sweetest Little Maltese!
Taos is a delightful 13-month-old Maltese weighing approximately 10 pounds. With her soft, fluffy white coat and captivating brown eyes, she’s sure to steal your heart! Though she may be a little shy at first, once she warms up to you, she’s a loving companion who enjoys being close to her human. Taos thrives in the company of other pets and would benefit from having a fur sibling to help her grow in confidence.
She’s fantastic with both dogs and cats and would do best in a home with children who understand her small size and treat her gently. Taos loves her daily walks and will need regular grooming to maintain her beautiful coat. She’s still working on potty training, so her new family should be patient and ready to continue helping her learn.
Taos is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. She’s looking for a forever home with an active family or individual who can give her plenty of time, attention, and affection. Weight: Just over 3 lbs

Porgie is the last of his litter to be adopted and is eagerly awaiting his forever home! He’s a playful, outgoing little guy with tons of puppy energy. Whether it’s playing with his mama or his siblings, Porgie loves to stay active and have fun. His charming personality will melt your heart! He’ll be ready for adoption after his second vaccine on April 6th. 🐾

Please welcome Sakura! Sakura is a pretty little tan and white Chihuahua mix girl who is 3 years old and weighs approximately 9 pounds. She was rescued from a very high kill shelter along with her 3 tiny babies. She has been an amazing mama to her three little ones and now is ready to find her perfect forever home! Sakura is very sweet, affectionate, smart and loves to play with her puppies and toys. She loves to run and play with her pack and is always ready to snuggle after playtime is over. Sakura is leash trained and is working on her potty-training skills. She will do great with another well-adjusted family dog that she can run and play with! Sakura loves all people, dogs and is great with children over the age of 10, she has not been exposed to cats. Her perfect forever home will be with an individual or family who has time to spend playing with her and taking her on regular walks. Sakura has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccinations and has been dewormed and microchipped.
