That’s Socrates the GSD and Rocko the Yellow Lab.
Rocko was Kevin’s first service dog and the one that inspired TACT K9.
Socs was Martina’s dog who was a certified service dog and trained highly in protection.
Dogs that leave us never really do. Their legacy always sticks with us and we see it in the younger generations.

Ava has been with the TACT K9 family since she was day one. We took her family’s dog Kali to the hospital when she was born. Kali was the first service dog we trained away from our mentors facility. Ava helps us train dogs and is getting very good at it. We love having her help us!

Great weekend spent with our doggo families getting their steps in with us during our AKC Fit Dog Summer Walk. We are grateful for all of you.

Thank you Burke and Kellie for fostering Poppy! We at TACT K9 have so much confidence with you guys!
If you did not know they were our first client since started TACT K9 Handling and trained their dog Phil Collins up to a service dog level. Then we loved Phil so much that we decided to get his cousin Phyllis. Burke flew Phyllis all the way from Kansas for us 🙏
We know that Poppy is in good hands and paws with this family. They are truly TACT K9 and BlueSpec K9 family.
And just a reminder: Poppy is available for adoption in about a year. She is being trained to be an autism or psychological service dog.

Brody is doing great! Most in part of his handler following all of our suggestions. One of them was to use that leash in the house! It’s not just for walks. It’s your training tool!

Our 2nd walk of the year is right around the corner. We’re getting ready to have some fun while getting our steps in with you and your doggos.

11-1pm in Huntington Beach
All dogs must be on a 6ft or shorter leash. All dogs must be handled by their owners.
No nose to nose touching. Everyone must be respectful of others space.
This will be a controlled social event.

*Certificate of Participation
*AKC FIT DOG Paperwork will be provided for those seeking FIT DOG Titles
*Canine Good Citizen Evaluations after event for those seeking CGC, CGCA, and Trick Dog Titles. Must let us know in advance if interested in testing.
*Canine Good Citizen Evaluations are $35 per dog.

for k9 massages.
This is Hamilton who was an instant pro at getting a massage. All our dogs loved their k9 massage so we will be back soon!

Obedience Course includes basic to advanced training skills. This is perfect for those seeking CGC Certification. This will set you and your dog up for Advanced CGC and Urban Canine testing as well. AKC S.T.A.R Puppy is a great start to introducing your puppy to group training and socialization skills. After 6 classes you and your puppy will have earned the American Kennel Club’s S.T.A.R. Puppy Certificate. Free Form Class is a wonderful way to have fun with your dog while using our training course and equipment.
