🚨🚨**Boarding Cancellation Policy **🚨🚨

To manage our bookings effectively and ensure all clients have access to our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy effective IMMEDIATELY :

1. **Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Check-In:**
- No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

2. **Cancellations Made 3-6 Days Before Check-In:**
- A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
- Any remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.

3. **Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In:**
- A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
- If the booking is cancelled on the day of check-in or in case of a no-show, the full booking cost for the first night plus the $15 weekend drop-off fee (if applicable) will be charged.

4. **Early Returns:**
- If you decide to pick up your dog before the scheduled check-out date, the full booking cost for the original reservation period will still apply. No refunds will be issued for early returns.

5. **Emergency Situations:**
- We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexibility depending on the circumstances.

6. **Holiday and Peak Season Bookings:**
- For cancellations during holidays and peak seasons, a minimum of 14 days' notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in during these periods will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.

**How to Cancel:**
- To cancel a booking, please contact us directly at 409-988-2575. Cancellations will be confirmed via email or phone.

We are excited to announce that starting February 26th, we will be bringing back our daycare program 4 days a week.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8-5

All dogs must pass a temperament test prior to enrolling and be current on all vaccines including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLP.

Spots will fill up fast so call or message us today to set up your dog's temperament evaluation.
