Finally a sunny afternoon today to work on Candace’s commission, they are coming along as I start to enhance the coat and muscle definition along with details on the faces.
The faces are maximum one inch which means less detail than my usual portraits where the eye is probably one inch.
But distance and group shots like these make lovely study’s of the stance and handsome body shapes that Rat terriers are famous for ❤️

A lovely time with Steve and Susan Wetherell when they came to pick up sweet Beth. Susan brought a warm blanket to keep her comfortable and snuggle Beth. BETH was a happy little girl with a smile on her puppy face. Definitely a match made in heaven with this long time Rat Terrier devoted family. I foresee a beautiful life ahead.
