Good morning! We hope everyone had an amazing Christmas!

We are wanting to let all of our "big dog" clients or Jasman request clients know that she will be having surgery January 17th (nothing serious) but she will be out of the salon for a couple weeks then will have to slowly work her back into a full schedule, so anyone that would like to get in with her please do so before the 17th or the appointment may have to wait until mid-end of February.

The salon will still be open and running our other groomer Rachel will be here as well as our bather Adriana.

To our fur friends and families...it has been clear as we are getting new clients and even repeat clients that our no show/cancelation policy is causing a fuss. We made this policy effective a year ago and it is stated in the email reminders, ive posted on here multiple times, and its posted on our door.

For anyone that doesn't know the policy all we ask is a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule or we charge the full amount of the scheduled services. Even at 24hours we still have a hard time filling that spot sometimes. Please be kind and mindful and just reach out when something comes up. We are more than understanding and just want to do the job we love.

I hate having to charge our clients but we NEED our clients to show up in order to keep our small business afloat. I apologize for any inconvenience and always appreciate your continued love and support!❤️

Happy Tuesday! We are going to be doing a trial run for CATS!! If anyone is interested in having their cat groomed, we will be discounting the first 3 cats just to see how things flow and what other tools/equipment will be needed. Our cat groomer has taken a cat grooming safety class and has groomed cats before, just not in a salon environment. With that said, who needs their cat groomed??
