Standing at Jackie's (Quail Run Veterinary Services) is her stallion Whenthe Smoke Clears. Bugsy is a 6 year old money earning stallion by Mister Dual Pep out of multi AQHA world show qualifier and finalist Lil Ruf Pistol. His oldest foals are 2 as of 2023, and a handful are still available for purchase. All offspring are eligible for the IQHA Ranch Horse Breeders Futurity. Live cover and frozen semen are available. Magnum Squall, a 4 year grandson of Magnum Chic Dream out of an own daughter of Rum Squall, is another young stallion on the roster for Five Oaks Stockfarms. "Capone" will have foals available in 2023 that will be eligible for the IQHA Ranch Horse Breeders Futurity. He will also stand to the public at Quail Run Veterinary Services. Current plans are to show him this spring/summer so breeding may be limited. Capone is 6 panel negative.

Standing to outside mares in 2023, Over the Mecom Boon is a 3 year old blue roan and rabicano stallion. "Vinny" is homozygous for the black gene (EEaaRn/n) so he can't produce a red foal. Bred to a black mare he can only have blue roan and black foals. He is big b***d with good height (15 hands) with some of the hottest cowhorse and cutting lines in his pedigree. His foals will be eligible for the IQHA Ranch Horse Breeders Futurity. Pictures were taken as yearling and do not do him justice. We plan on new pictures this spring. Vinny is 5 panel negative.

Exciting News! All of Five Oaks Stockfarms current stallions have a breeding at auction for the Go For The Gold Futurity. These include the new buckskin stallion Spit Shined Boots ("Pete"), Magnum Squall ("Capone"), Over The Mecom Boon ("Vinny") and Jackie's stallion Whenthe Smoke Clears ("Bugsy"). This online auction offers their fee at a very reduced rate as well as making the resulting baby and any 2024 three year old eligible for the Go For The Gold Futurity. This futurity is in addition to the IQHA Ranch horse Breeders Futurity that the offspring will already be eligible for.

Go For The Gold is now offering a Three Year Old Ranch Rail class. Any three year old of stallion donating a breeding that sells will be eligible starting in 2024. Bidding is now open on Pro Horse Services.

A big thanks to Five Oak Stock Farms from Orient, IA for enrolling another one of their good stallions. Magnum Squall is a 2019 model, sired by Mac Magnum, and is out of a daughter of Rum Squall. Plans were to show him this year, but when another one of their stallions was injured, he was called into service instead. Thanks for your support of the futurity! GH Lil Bit O Starlite, sired by Starlights Boomernic, has won $1,295 to date, and is owned and showed by Karen Havens.
