Important Update for 2025
Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for trusting us with your pet’s grooming needs! Starting in 2025, there will be a slight price increase to ensure we continue providing the highest quality care and services for your pets.
Additionally, we will be implementing updated policies to streamline scheduling and ensure the best experience for everyone:
Appointment Confirmations
• Please confirm your appointment via email or text upon receiving your reminder the day before. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled.
No-Show & Late Fees
• These fees will be strictly enforced, so we kindly ask you to plan accordingly.
Communication
• If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your cooperation helps us maintain our schedule and ensures a comfortable environment for all pets in our care.
Time Policy
• Grooming typically requires up to four hours per dog. Please plan accordingly to ensure we can provide the best care and attention for your pet.
Late Fee Policy
• A fee of $15 will be added for every 15 minutes you are late. For example, if you are 15 minutes late, a $15 fee will apply; if you are more than 15 minutes late, the fee will increase by $1 per additional minute.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. This ensures we can stay on schedule and provide exceptional service for all clients.
• First-time late arrivals will receive a warning, but subsequent late arrivals will incur a late fee.
Cancellations
• For “no-call, no-show” incidents, a no-show fee will be applied.
Pick-Up Policy
• To maintain a smooth workflow, we kindly ask that pets be picked up within one hour of their grooming completion. Pets remaining with us for over five hours total may incur additional fees.
