Butterfly garden is teeming with all kinds of pollinators right now. Bed #2 is up and running. Bed #3 will be in place hopefully this weekend or next. The micros farm is in full production mode and these cooler temps are allowing me to step outside and expand the outdoor grow. Considering an edible backyard forest.

Harvest! 1st half complete. Red cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi Nd kale(not pictured)on point. C5 mix. Also I’m not sponsored by them but ancestral supplements along with my fresh micros and freeze dried powder when I’m in out of greens has been a winning combo. Got the rest of my family on the liver. 🌱

Soaking in the morning sun has become an everyday thing for the past month.
I’ve been a spiritual journey this past week. I started a water only fast Sunday and I am on day 4 of a 5 day 120hr journey. First couple of days was brutal but the electrolytes helped keep the side effects and hunger pangs at bay. I’m in full ketosis mode now. It’s a journey everyone should consider to rid your body of the poisonous chemicals we consume everyday. It also melts the visceral fat thats accumalated especially after a March birthday month that it seems like i consumed deliciuos cake everyday. But consult your physician before you start. If you have one of those. A good friend did it a couple of weeks ago and advised me along the way.
