I’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts talking about blue light toxicity. In this brief journey listening to Dr. Alexis Cowan, Dr. Andrew Huberman and Dr. Jack Kruse I learned the toxic effects blue light is having on our circadian rhythm. I spend a good amount of hours in my indoor farm surrounded by high intensity blue light. My sleep has been completely disrupted and I felt that it was time to make some changes. In my research I came across and have been back on the correct path since I received them. The ambers I wear all day and into the evening and then transition to the red lenses before bed. I’ve been back to a full night of sleep (8hrs) ever since I put them on. I also changed the screen setting on my phone to a red color. It takes a little bit to get used to but my eye strain is gone as well. Oh I do not wear prescription glasses so I’m wearing the ambers as though they’re prescription glasses.
