It’s been a looong summer! Partial ceiling collapse June 28th to 1st harvest in 50 days. I survived, business is still intact and today marks the new beginning. Silver lining in all of this is I had the chance to redesign the room to be more streamlined and better work flow. **o

This happened last Saturday day before Mother’s Day. After a 10 hour workday I needed to roll rack into a better position and as began to roll the rack on of the castor wheels snapped. They’re heavy duty but s**t happens. All 80 channels crashes to the floor. A few end caps popped off but other than that seed for most part stayed in place. After a moment of screaming nooo! I regained my composure and restacked back onto the rack minus the wheels. Everything germinated and are now growing under the lights.

Broccoli, kale and purple kohlrabi mats on the harvesting block 3 days ago. All micros have been packaged and delivered Wednesday. Thanks for the support. Stores have been selling out every week. Funny story I was in parking lot of one of my stores taking up 2 spaces. A lady pulls in and backs into a spot near me. Gets out and yells at me for taking up 2 spaces as I was unloading greens onto a cart. She finishes it up by saying I can take up the whole lot because I grow the best food and how much she loves my micros. Made my day. **odistrict **o
