It's not too late to glaze fire

I added one final glaze firing for 2023, on Tuesday, December 19th. Pickups will be on Saturday morning, December 23rd, just in time for Christmas!

New Options for Lessons

I'm now offering blocks of four lessons at a discounted price. My normal rate for one-on-one lessons and coaching is $120 for two hours. If you commit to four, two-hour lessons, I'm reducing the rate to $90 for two hours. A block of four lessons also includes a bag of clay, plus a bisque fire and a glaze fire. The total is $425.

So good to be working in the studio this week. The past three months have required family attention as we navigated a substantial health challenge. Today was the first day of 2023 where I made pots. All pots for other people, but I worked on what I wanted. It was refreshing and fun. This jug is for and will be matched with a cup and serving plate for his church’s communion. I’m not sure if this will be the final design but I’m pretty happy with it. More steps before it’s done, including glaze firing where lots can go wrong 😂.
