Beginning Thursday, June 20th, I will be dedicating my Tuesdays and Thursdays to The Cat Hospital of Orlando, where I will be working as their part-time Cat Groomer. It is such an honor to have this opportunity to not only expand my skills in cat grooming but also to help such a reputable veterinary clinic and provide much-needed services. 💜

For those who already have pre-set appointments for Thursdays, your schedules remain unchanged. We are still open for grooming on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and open Monday - Friday for daycare and boarding.

McLovin was such a delight today for his first bath with me 🥰

Mom wrote in his intake form that he was not a fan of getting a bath, having his back nails clipped, and was very afraid of the dryer. With a little bit of patience and a lot a bit of love, we were able to accomplish such a beautiful finish and McLovin went home a very happy boy. I can’t wait to see him again. 😁

Originally born in Moscow, Russia, Daria is fluent in both Russian and English, adding an extra layer of comfort for our multilingual clients.

In her own household, Daria is the proud owner of an adorable corgi named Rhea, who happens to be a biological sibling of my own dogs, Luna and Sol. Alongside Rhea, Daria recently welcomed a charming kitten named Simba into their family, both of whom hold a special place in her heart.

… 😔 I am once again faced with having to reiterate and reinforce my No Call No Show, Cancellation, and Late Arrival Policies. When you do not show up for your pre-scheduled appointment you are directly affecting me, and my ability to support my family. Not showing up to your appointment also takes away from other clients wanting your spot for their pet. I send out reminders when you first book, a week prior, 3 days prior if you do not immediately confirm, and the day of at 7:30AM sharp for your pre-scheduled appointment. I simply ask and gently remind everyone to please respect me and my time and communicate with me if you are unable to attend your appointment. Repeat offenders will be permanently removed as a client. Thank you for your understanding 🐾

✨ Policy Reminders ✨

📌 If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without notice, your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of your scheduled service will be charged as a no show fee. “Waking up late” is not an emergency. Forgetting I moved is also not a good excuse as I send out multiple text reminders with my new address on them as well, and wait for your confirmations.

📌 If you fail to show up for your appointment and do not communicate with me on why, leave me on read, and/or ignore my phone calls/texts, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. “Forgetting” is not an emergency.

📌 Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the scheduled service. Exceptions to those that opt to reschedule within 24 hours rather cancel can be made for legitimate emergencies or to those that properly communicate on why they cannot make their appointment. “Not wanting to come” is not a legitimate reason and youl will be charged a cancellation fee.

🔆 Any change requests made with more than a 48 hour notice will be granted without penalty.

‼️ If you are charged with any sort of penalty, payment must be made in full before you are able to schedule with us again. If you were previously on a pre-booked schedule, your old spot will not be guaranteed. Repeat offenders will also be required to keep a credit card on file and pre-pay for their appointments with at least a 50% deposit or in full. Any deposits made for these clients will not be refundable.

New Location, New Hours! ✨

Over the next couple of weeks, I will be slowly transitioning into my new operating hours.

Our Grooming Hours will be:
Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Daycare & Boarding:
Open Daily 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Rest assured, all pre-booked appointments on Sundays remain unchanged for April, however effective May I will officially transition to my new schedule.

While we will still operate on Saturdays for grooming, we will only be open to existing VIP clients already on pre-booked schedules, and will not be accepting any new clients for this day.

This new schedule allows me to have a better work-life balance and spend more time with my family on the weekends when I have missed or rescheduled several family functions due to work and I need to be more present in my family life and in my own 💖

In addition to this, my hours correlate with the closest veterinarian hospital to my new location. In the event there is an emergency during your pet grooming appointment, my operating hours must reflect theirs as well, hence why the closure on Sundays. Any pet staying with us for overnight boarding will be sent to the nearest open ER vet should any emergency occur overnight Your pet's safety is truly the core of my values and your understanding is truly appreciated!

Today was the big move out day and I couldn’t think of a better truck to help us move the rest of our furniture, then a PINK one 😍💖

While we have officially moved out of our home, we are still servicing our clients the rest of this week in Wedgefield. Our goal is still to be fully and officially operational the following week at our new Baldwin Park location however, should any changes occur, I will let everyone know as soon as possible!

Lastly, thank you to my loyal clients who have cheered me on throughout this process every step of the way. I will miss all of my Wedgefield clients who are not able to follow me and again I’m so grateful to those who can.  ♥️
