Pumpkin isn’t just for people—pets can enjoy it too. Plain pumpkin puree is a safe, tasty fall snack for most cats and dogs. Try mixing pumpkin with plain yogurt and freezing it in ice cube trays for a crunchy treat.

A spoonful of plain pumpkin puree added to your pet’s regular food makes a healthy seasonal boost of fiber to their diet.

We're in need of clean blankets and towels to help us provide warm, comfortable bedding for our patients during their stay at the hospital. If you have any extras at home, we’d love to give them a second life helping animals in need. 💙

🧺 You can drop donations off Monday to Friday, anytime during our normal business hours— no appointment needed!

Thank you for supporting our furry friends and helping us keep them cozy while they heal. 🐶🐱

Try this test: Place the back of your hand on the pavement for 7 seconds. If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for your pet.

Dogs and cats are more prone to dehydration in the heat, especially after walks, playtime, or even lounging outdoors.

As a rule of thumb, pets need about 1 oz of water per pound of body weight per day, and even more when it's hot.

If you notice these signs, call your local emergency veterinarian right away!

😻🤗 June 4th is Hug Your Cat Day! 🤗😻

There’s no better way to celebrate than with our very own receptionist Brittney and her sweet girl Kitty Love — giving us the perfect example of what this day is all about! 🐱💞

Whether your cat is a cuddler, a lap-napper, or a "hugs only on my terms" kind of feline, today’s the day to show them a little extra love (if they’ll allow it 😉).

📸 Share a photo of you hugging your cat in the comments or tag us in your feline snuggles — we’d love to see our cat-loving community in action! 🐾💕

A crate gives your dog a safe, familiar space wherever you go.

Crate training can reduce stress and prevent destructive behavior, especially during travel.

Start crate training early, ideally during puppyhood, and use positive reinforcement—never force it.
