🐱We are now an AAFP Certified Cat Friendly Practice!🐱

The final cat-friendly space we offer is affectionately known as our cat cave.

This room is designed for your pet's comfort when they spend the day with us for a drop-off or surgery. We understand how anxious it can be to leave your furry friend for the day, so we've made every effort to create a cozy environment.

Each kennel includes a blanket and a small cubby for them to retreat into if they wish.

The room features calming music, soft lighting, and Feliway diffusers, mirroring the atmosphere of our cat exam room.

Additionally, this space allows us to conduct a thorough examination with the door closed, minimizing stress from outside noise and activity.

🐱We are now an AAFP Certified Cat Friendly Practice!🐱

Once you've been called from our cat friendly lobby to your cat friendly room you will notice an immediate wall color change. Pastels are proven to help reduce stress in cats.

You will also notice a window that they can perch in to watch the outside or we have a television if your cat prefers to watch the birds and listen to the sounds on there.

We also have Feliway diffusers and sprays to help achieve maximum relaxation in the room.

We have an array of treats and food for even the pickiest of eaters. We haven't met a cat that doesn't love the Churus!

Lastly, you'll notice some comfort items like a bed, some toys and a heating pad to help make them feel like they're at home.

The first thing you'll notice when walking into the hospital is our split waiting room, allowing a cat friendly section divided from our dog patient waiting area.

We've added our 'Cat Carrier Parking' table for your feline family members. Being elevated off the floor is known to make cats feel much safer!

On the table, you'll notice a stocked supply of pre-sprayed Feliway towels that can be draped over carriers, as well as Feliway pheromone diffusers in the waiting area, to help start calming and relaxation for our kitty patients!
