We have been an active host and hosted guest from USA, India, Germany, CzechRepublic, Canada, Spain, Poland, Colombia, Slovakia, Norway, England, Switzerland, Russia, Puerto rico, France, Denmark, Brazil, Bolivia, Australia, Ukraine, Turkey, Taiwan, Slovenia, Jamaica, Israel, Chile . They have been solo, couple, group of friends and Family with kids.

Private guest

room & bathroom. Bedroom has Queenbed, Twinbed. Living room has Fullbed & 7ft long couch. You would feel life a home. Please check Video "Things To Do & Travelling distance near by " on our page. We stay in gated community in waterford lake market, its great neighborhood and safe. It has various restaurant, movie theater, shopping area.

▶ Guest access
You can use fitness center (24*7 access), swimming pool, Free parking. We dont host guest who stay at home everyday during the day time 9am-6pm. If during the stay you plan to arrive late(after 10pm) at home, please text us to inform in advance. We dont share the apartment key with guest. No smoking in living room, use patio if you want. We dont allow additional guest visiting apartment without prior permission. Please check out our guest review and the pics on our page album.
