This is Whiskey, a miniature golden doodle that's 6 months old. The pet parent brushes Whiskey daily with a comb and slicker brush, using earthbath's 3-in-1 Deodorizing Spritz. Whiskey gets bathed with a conditioning shampoo, and blow dried on a weekly basis. Due to Whiskey's at-home care, he only has to get groomed every 3-4 weeks. At-home care started at 10 weeks old, and professional grooming at 12 weeks old. Because of all of that, Whiskey feels comfortable and enjoys getting groomed! And the pet parent is happy because her dog looks great and smells good!Whiskey is 6 months old as shown here, and perfectly shows the transition of puppy to adult coat in color and texture which is common in doodles at puberty. Whiskey never had any matts because of consistency of grooming, and the pet parent was able to get the exact haircut she wanted to get for Whiskey. 6 months is the perfect age for a full groom with prior grooming experience for the dog!
