I recently had my truck serviced by FoamCo. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of my truck after FoamCo's service. As some of you have seen, my truck gets quite dirty from driving on dirt roads to provide nail trims and transportation for my clients. I highly recommend this company.

Cancellation Policy for Your Graces Grooming

At Your Graces Grooming, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients and their pets. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs and maintain a smooth operation, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period
To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you provide us with at leas 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellation Fees
Should you cancel your appointment within the notice period, the following fees will apply:

Less than 24 hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged or need to be paid before you can make another appointment.

Same-Day Cancellations: For appointments canceled on the same day, the full price of the scheduled service may be charged.

No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, this will be considered a no-show. In this case, you will be charged the full amount of the service you had scheduled. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we encourage you to communicate with us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can reschedule without incurring any fees as long as you provide the required notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Emergency Exceptions
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you have an emergency or unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us immediately. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Communication of Policy
To ensure clarity and transparency, we communicate our cancellation policy at the time of booking and include it in appointment confirmation emails or messages. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us serve all our clients better.
