Good afternoon everyone I just want to make a friendly reminder about not showing up to your appointments and not giving a 24 hour notice.
Today is only Wednesday and I have had several no-shows this week. I’ve had several last week as well. I know times are super tight but please if you cannot make it to your appointment Please have the courtesy to give me 24 hour notice so I can fill the appointment. Failure to do so the first time you will be charged a late fee. From then on if you miss You will be required to make the full grooming payment in order to make another appointment. I hope this does not sound harsh or unreasonable but when you don’t show up to your appointment, I don’t get paid and that is unfair to me.
