After a lot of consideration we have decided to cancel the Saturday portion of our open house due to the incoming snow. We will be at the sugar house on Sunday from 10-4. We have plenty of products and syrup for sale. Please share

We had the the biggest run of the season on Wednesday! We gathered 2,230 gallons of sap. Our current syrup total is 188 gallons for the season so far! Next week's temperatures are looking amazing for sap flow! And don't forget our open house is coming up this weekend!

Beginning, middle, and end. This particular batch made 15 pounds of maple cream. I started with roughly 25pounds of syrup. That’s how much it boiled down to make the cream!

Tonight’s maple making is sugar!!! This is pure maple syrup boiled to a very high temperature and mixed until it turns into sugar crystals. If you thought cinnamon sugar on toast was good… you have to try this. Also good in coffee or anything else you would use sugar in
