It has been tumultuous around here. We all finally got Covid in July. That erased 3 weeks of any sort of energy and stamina it takes for the farm and shop.
Well, we are busting out of our funk.....and are realizing that we have some major changes to make. Here is a link to a new marketing site, " Maker Marketplace ".

It is the beginning of an introduction to the cost of pieces now. I don't want to launch into a repetition of all our lament......" did prices just double ?? ". We are in a different world. 95% of our hardware sources disappeared in the last 10 years. Our finishing materials are 3 X what they were 10 years ago.
Our website prices are 15 years old.
We will be in need of a person that can build a new website from material that we organize, collate and prepare. We are looking for a competent internet mechanic. If they have any artistic talent, great. And we are looking to effect a generous trade of furniture for the effort.
Anyway, we are still canning tomatoes. The broccoli is putting out a 5 gal bucket of side shoots every 4 days. The flavor of this year's vegetables is the best in 20 years. We are about to saw out a few thousand feet of lumber, and will probably do it in short sleeves.
Stop by that site. It has some new, some really old, and some special pieces on it. There are about a dozen pieces for sale that are built already...... Think Xmas...... There are 5 or 6 pieces that we will never build for that price again. There is an EXTREME, spiral grain King bed set also.
