As your other family doctor, we care for each pet using low stress handling techniques and AAHA approved medical practices. The Animal Hospital of Oshkosh is a full-service professional animal hospital specializing in the health and well-being of all companion animals. We voluntarily adhere to the American Animal Hospital Association standards of premium veterinary care, which are dedicated to imp

roving the quality of pet's life by establishing guidelines for premium medical care. Our newly constructed medical facility features advanced equipment and technology for complete patient care and comfort. We provide preventative medicine, such as routine vaccinations and health exams, as well as complete surgical, radiology and critical care services for our patients. Our in-house laboratory and radiology departments allow for rapid diagnosis of many diseases along with pre-surgical evaluations. Advanced gas anesthetic machines, with pulse oximetry and ECG monitoring, ensures the greatest safety to pets during surgical procedures. Post-surgical and critically ill patients are closely monitored in our intensive care unit where patient care and comfort are emphasized for a rapid and complete recovery. We, at The Animal Hospital of Oshkosh, feel that service and compassion are our biggest attributes. We want to be able to spend the time necessary to listen, understand and address any veterinary concerns owners have regarding their pets. We are animal lovers helping animals. Today, we pay tribute to K9 Jasmine. She was a Mililtary Special Forces trained officer who worked at Star Protection and Patrol as a bomb sniffing dog. She was brave, she was smart, she was loved. She will be dearly missed.

At his first visit, Linus wasn't too sure about the busy lobby. so Alondra brought him back to the treatment area. We could see he was still nervous, so Jen laid down on his level to help him build his confidence. After climbing her, he decided to meet her, then check out Kelley for treats, and then find Dr. Hannah for a sweet intro before making his way back (by way of Kelley) to Alondra to continue his adventure. Sometimes, it takes a few extra minutes to start a lifelong friendship.

Hal is today's Pawsitive Star. He used to put on the brakes in the reception area. After working with mom at home and Kelley with Behavioral Wellness Visits, he bounced in for treats, licked cheese off the wall during his Lyme and Leptospirosis vaccine and had a cheerful exam with Dr. Becky. He was the perfect example of a Stress-Free Visit. We love you, Hal!
