This part of my business has not changed and I am still welcoming new clients for these services as well ♥️♥️♥️

Dear clients,
Come January 2024 I am going to be turning Precious Paws into an exclusive Cat Only salon. As you may or may not know, I already groom cats and have been for 6 years. I'm also a member of the National Cat Groomer Institute.
It has come to my attention that there is a great need for a cat only salon in our area and I am proud to announce that I will be providing these much needed services to our community in a dog free environment.
I'm also currently working on getting certified through NCGI so you know that your kitties 😻 are in the best of hands and with the most up to date knowledge available.
I will still be taking dog clients until the end of the year but want everyone to know that I am ready and available to take on all the new kitty clients who need my help.
If you're thinking 🤔 Cats groom themselves?? They don't... Cats don't groom themselves, they lick themselves and that's gross 🤢 😅
So again I am so excited for this new journey and to hone in on this niche. I've always held a special place in my heart for kitties and I'm ready to let it show. ❤️❤️❤️

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm excited to introduce you to our little bundle of joy, Steele Garett Petraszak born July 15, 2023, weighing in at 8lbs.6oz and 21in long! Labor was a rough and long 24hours. My waters were broken for 10 days before he was born so I was induced with a foley balloon on Friday morning as little man's head was fully engaged and stopping my waters from breaking free. He didn't arrive until after 8pm Saturday evening. I then hemorrhaged after he arrived putting me on the borderline for blood transfusions, but I decided against it, so I felt like I was hit by a bus the first week and then the second week I was in the hospital with an endometritis infection for a few days. It has been quite the road to recovery, but I am starting to finally feel better. That being said I am ready to start taking on my grooming clients again.

New hours, Pricing and Policies

Hours
Monday-Thursday 8am-12pm
Drop off times
8am, 9am, 10am

Drop off policy: We ask you drop off no more than 15mins prior to appointment time without previous arrangements. If you are past 5mins late off of your original appointment time and do not call to say you are running late I will assume you are a no show and cancel your appointment. If you are more than 10mins late with or without a call your appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled for a different day.

Late Pick-up Policy: We ask that you pick up your pet within an hour of their completion. If the pet has to stay after hours, customer must pay extra fees. Maximum stay is 4 hours from the beginning of appointment. Late pickup fee is $10 for a small dog, and $25 Medium/large plus $60/Hour after over 2 hours late on a pick-up.

Dogs: $75/Hour all-inclusive base price

Includes: Shampoo, Conditioner, Face wash, Teeth brushing with breath spray, Nail trim with grind, Paw balm, Ear cleaning, Blow dry, Brush out, Any hair cutting that is needed (Paws, Sanitary trim, Face trim, All over cut). Cologne, Bandana/Bows.
**A**l glands and Ear plucking upon request are also included

Cats: $100 Bath, $150 Bath & Haircut
Includes: Shampoo, Conditioner, Nail trim, Ear cleaning, Blow dry, Brush out, Any hair cutting that is needed (Paws, Sanitary trim, All over cut). Cologne, Bandana/Bows.

A la carte Menu:
Nail trim: $15
Nail Grind: $15
Nail trim & Grind: $30
Teeth brushing with breath spray: $7
Ear Cleaning (Pluck if needed): $7
Paw pad and Sanitary Trim: $10
A**l Gland Expression: $10
Special handling fee: $15
De-Matting Fee: $1/minute

Pet sitting & Dog walking
15min: $30 per visit
30min: $40 per visit
1hr: $50 per visit

**Up to 3 pets any additional pets are an extra $5 per pet, per visit.

**Prices are for clients up to 10miles from 1691 Ohio St. Oshkosh, WI 54902. If you live outside of this radius, please add $1/mile over 10miles each way per visit.

Includes: Feeding, Freshening Waters, Administering Medications, Play Time, Love Time, Scooping Litter Boxes, Picking Up P**p, Bringing in Mail, Watering Plants, Taking Out Trash. **30min or 1hr visits include a short walk upon request.

GROOMING CANCELLATIONS: All grooming appointment cancellations with in less than 24hours prior to the appointment time will result in a $50 nonrefundable fee. This fee must be paid in full prior to any future appointments being made.

DOG WALKING CANCELLATIONS:
All weekday dog walking cancellations must be made by 9am on the day of service. Cancellations made after 9am will be charged the full price of the visit. All weekend dog walking cancellations must be made by the end of business the previous day to avoid being charged the full price of the visit.

NON-HOLIDAY VACATION CANCELLATIONS:
10% of your total reservation cost is nonrefundable if you choose to cancel for any reason or at any time. Cancellation of vacation pet sitting services with less than 7 days’ notice prior to the start of service will result in you being billed 50% of the total invoice for scheduled pet care. Prepaid services will be refunded 50% of the total invoice.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS:
10% of your total reservation cost is nonrefundable if you choose to cancel for any reason or at any time. Cancellation of vacation pet sitting services with less than 14 days’ notice prior to a major holiday (ie: Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day and Thanksgiving) will result in you being billed 50% of the total invoice for scheduled pet care. Prepaid services will be refunded 50% of the total invoice.

To my loyal clients.

As many of you already know we are expecting our first child due July 9th. This puts us currently at 32 weeks pregnant. As previously mentioned to most of you, I will continue to groom for as long as I can. That being said I am not taking any more grooming appointments or new clients for grooming at this time.
If we have an appointment scheduled please know that this appointment is not garunteeed as I am grooming on a day to day basis. If I am not feeling well and need to cancel I am unable to reschedule your appointment as I am booked until my delivery date and I do sincerely apologize for that inconvenience.
I know many amazing groomers in our area and would be happy to refer you out to them if you would like to have a back up plan or need to make arrangements for the foreseeable future as I may not be back until the beginning of September.
I will however still be available for pet sitting and dog walking services and will be taking new clients for these services as well during my maternity leave time from grooming. As soon as I know when I am coming back to the shop for grooming I will be reaching out to make everyone aware and will begin booking at that time.
I appreciate each and every one of you who has supported and continue to support my business. I will miss all of my grooming clients and your fur babies while I am gone and I promise this is just as hard for me as it is for all of you ❤️
