Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

A sweet and savory side dish that's sure to impress!

Ingredients:

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions:

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast Brussels Sprouts: Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar.
Glaze Brussels Sprouts: Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
Add Bacon: Top with crumbled bacon.
Tips:

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
You can use different types of vinegar, such as apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar.
Serve with your favorite main dish, such as roasted chicken or pork chops.
