Cuddle Time with Bentley
This is an example of the Cuddle Time option for boarding. I had the privilege of spending one on one time with sweet Bentley.
Cuddle Time is an alternative to Doggy Daycare for senior pups or ones that just prefer one on one time with a human.
Bentley is beyond sweet and we really enjoyed our time together ❤️
Meet Sweet Caroline!
Caroline joined us earlier last month and continues to be the sweetest girl ever with beautiful gray hair. She is shy at first but warms up to people very quickly.
Her sister was just adopted Saturday and we want to find a loving home for Caroline too. Caroline is a spayed female domestic shorthair and is just over 1 year old.
Please email [email protected] to start the adoption process.

Happy Factual Friday! Today we are going to be talking about Heartworm! ✏️
Have you every wondered why your veterinarian is always asking if you wanted to run a heart worm test or if you wanted to pick up some heart worm prevention? Well it is because of this disease. Heartworm, also known as Dirofilaria Immitis, is a disease that is transmitted through a mosquito bite and affects the lungs, heart and surrounding blood vessels around the heart. This is a disease that is mostly common in dogs, but can also affect cats and ferrets too. If your pet tested positive for heart worm, your veterinarian will ask to do an additional testing called a microfilaria test. This video is of microfilariae from a heart worm positive canine. The number of parasites present in a heart worm positive canine cannot be counted but it could get up to the hundreds. This disease is life threatening if not treated or properly prevented. If you have any additional questions regarding heart worm or if you haven’t gotten your dogs annual heart worm test yet, give us a call at 630-554-7670!

ANSWER: Ear mites! Most commonly found in cats, but can be found in dogs too! They feed on ear wax and skin oils. They are also easily preventable and treatable. 🐾❤️🐶🐱 #Earmites #Microscope #OswegoAnimalHospital #TheMoreYouKnow
