Local residents are helping a 93-year-old Southern California man search for his missing dog, Sunny, whom he calls his beloved companion.

ONE of our 10 on board, I believe her name was Sasha, intently surveys the scenery as we landed to meet her rescue in NJ.

On most rescue flights, you are meeting the rescue, fosters, and sometimes pre-approved adopters.

I don't always know the back stories to the animals, but what I did learn on this flight, is that all 10, all 10 of the animals I had on board, had adopters waiting for them.

I will tell you this - there is no better feeling in the world, then taxing up to the parking area, and seeing a fence line of excited families waiting to meet their new pups - it is absolutely the best feeling you could ever imagine, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a very small part of it ❤

Wings of Rescue is a 501(c)(3) charity that flies at-risk pets from overcrowded shelters and disaster areas  to safe havens — from where they are quickly adopted into loving, forever homes.

Found in Otterville up by the school. Has been in town for five days. Was taken to the vet and scanned for a chip, no chip. Maybe three or four years old does this dog look familiar to anyone?
