Good morning Ottumwa!!!
Please remember we are an Express service salon! Meaning your pup comes in gets bathed, dried and right to getting its haircut!
Finished dog groom times range from 45 minutes to 2 hrs.(small-giant)

We are on a dead end road with grass to potty your pets.

We are 100 percent family ran. Wife and husband duo and on occasion you will see my kiddos out there too.

We do have a late pickup fee established as we do not have the room to hold many dogs and 1-1 creates a much calmer atmosphere.

YES we are still currently able to accept new clients!

Remember this is the busiest season for groomers. Pre booking is always best if you don’t want to wait.

Drop offs park to the right for drop off.

Good morning everyone! Before we kick off another crazy busy Saturday……. I will remind you.

While working…. Most of the time I do not hear my phone. By the time I do notice I have a missed call It is usually 10 missed calls and multiple voicemails…..
I highly encourage a voicemail, text, or fb message. That is the fastest way for me to get back to you. When Ryan and I are done with work we have children to care for and many school activities and house chores. Many times morning is when I will call back. Or if it’s not late I will message when I can. I assure you. I schedule folks accordingly to when they get ahold of me. First message is always the first to be responded back to.

If you call back to back….. or call and do not leave a message. Honestly with the volume of phone calls. I won’t be calling and saying “hey…. I have a missed phone call from this number.”

Patience, love, and understanding that My husband and I are the only two people working here while I am the Main groomer, and I oversee all scheduling and customer service.

Rudeness will not be tolerated. Showing up and wanting done immediately will not be tolerated.

I do NOT accept walk ins…. It’s too risky for unvaccinated pets to walk in the door.

I am by appointment only.

Whitening!!! Our shampoos already do a fabulous job on keeping white white, BUT there are certain breeds prone to staining and this is a Safe NO HARSH CHEMICAL option!!!!
Starting at $15 and goes up to $45 depending on overall size and coat.
