We have influenza A in our household. I am incredibly under the weather and will be unable to work today.
I plan to come back Friday but they want me off until at least Thursday.

I will return all calls and messages once I feel better. I promise

Attention clients. I became sick Saturday evening and began a fever yesterday. Still have one today and I will need to close the shop so I can get rest for the day.
I will reach out to those scheduled today once it’s 8:00 am.

All new client calls I planned to call back today will be on hold until I feel better.

As I embark on my 4th anniversary of being open on the 12th.

A friendly reminder that all cancellations given under a 48hr notice is 50 percent charge.

A less then 24 hr notice OR a no show is the full amount of the groom.
Why?
Because the time slot was for your specific pet, and this is my families livelihood.

With notice I can fill slots quickly, but not showing up leaves no opportunity for me to fill in the time slot.

I do try my best to be understanding. Please understand my side as well.

This must be paid in advance before rescheduling.

I appreciate your business!
