Hey Heartland! We just wanted to send a little “pupdate” on Arlo (formerly Drifter)! When we first brought him home, he got a much-needed shave since his fur was quite matted. Since then, he’s been settling in so well and has had a few vet visits with us. We learned that he’s actually much younger than we all thought—closer to one year old Arlo is happy, healthy, and full of energy. He absolutely loves walks, car rides, and having a blast making friends with every dog he meets. We even did a DNA test and found out he’s half Great Pyrenees Thank you so much for helping us find Arlo—he’s brought so much joy to our lives, and we couldn’t be happier 🤍
Baxter went to a foster home with Alumni Penny and her family!
Penny (Fifi) got a foster brother for her birthday! Baxter is 3mo and available thru heartland. He’s super sweet and submissive. Here is our first meet and play in the yard. Oscar is a bit overbearing, but he plays great back and forth with Penny. The older girls are over it - not another puppy. He definitely likes Sophie’s soft tv crate over his metal one.
