We have a job opening for a trail guide/ranch hand. We are located near Otway, OH & the Shawnee State Forest. Horse knowledge required. Must be able to groom, tack & ride correctly. Friendly & able to work with the public. Daily tasks include feeding, mucking stalls, grooming, and farm maintenance tasks e.g. fence repair, mowing, string trimming, routine cleaning of cabins, lodge & campground. **Doritos Pizza Rolls**

**Ingredients:**
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

**Directions:**

1. **Preheat Oven:** Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. **Prepare the Dough:** Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into small rectangles.

3. **Fill and Roll:** Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each rectangle. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices. Roll up each rectangle and pinch the edges to seal.

4. **Coat with Doritos:** Mix crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Roll each pizza roll in the Doritos mixture until fully coated.

5. **Bake:** Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

6. **Serve:** Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

Ben's Happy Trails Riding Stable & Campground
Greetings!
We are currently seeking applicants to fill the position of ranch-hand/guide.
This person must have basic horsemanship knowledge and be able to handle, groom and tack horses. Strong riding skills are preferred: however, some basic riding skills are required. This position offers the opportunity to further develop all skills related to horsemanship. The individual will be able to develop and/or demonstrate their capability to guide rides for customers. This person should be safety conscious, customer focused, and be able to work with other employees and the public.
Ideally this person would also be able to operate farm equipment such as tractors, and skid steer. If necessary, training will be provided, as demonstrated competency will be required.
Daily tasks would include care, feeding and grooming of horses, mucking stalls, and typical farm maintenance such as fence repair and performing tasks where demonstrated proficiency exists. Training will be provided as necessary to ensure safety.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable source of transportation.
