PLEASE, PLEASE LET THIS HORRIBLE PERSON BE PROCECUTED!! There are so many reasons I use ALL positive reinforcement while training dogs. There is a reason I went through school and got fully certified in dog training. There is a reason I post my clients' reviews on my website. Want a reference? With my clients' permission, by all means call them. Dogs, and all animals for that matter, are amazing creatures, and they deserve NOTHING BUT LOVE AND AFFECTION! This video right here is absolutely despicable, and this person should have NEVER been given the right to work with any animal or person! This makes me sick to my stomach. Please, vet your dog trainer.

When a female squirrel finds another baby squirrel, she gives him food and makes sure that he is an orphan and has no mother or father, and after 3 days of investigation and actually making sure that he is without family, she takes him gently and feeds him and makes him familiar with living with her and her young as if he was one of her children
The female squirrel is unique in receiving her husband when he returns with food with kisses and wooing him in order to ease the fatigue of bringing food to her and her young.
The male squirrel always expresses his love for his female by giving her the most beautiful roses and the largest walnuts and almonds...

Millie, or Momma Millie, as we like to call her, arrived at Lawrence Humane in March as a stray with no known family or home. Thin and scared, Millie didn’t want anyone to touch her for the first two weeks she was at the shelter. When she finally allowed us to interact with her, we discovered she was pregnant!

Legacy is a gorgeous 5 year old pittie!

She is potty trained and weighs 59 lbs.

Legacy had a family, but escaped from her yard and ended up on the euthanasia list. She had a foster home lined up, during her freedom ride, that foster backed out last minute, leaving her with nowhere to go, besides back to the euthanasia list. That’s where we stepped in! NO animal should be put down just because they don’t have anywhere to go.

Legacy enjoys walks, her toys, playing on the spring pole, playing with the flirt pole, or just hanging out! She needs to be an ONLY pet, in a home with kids 12+!

10 THINGS YOUR DOG WOULD TELL YOU...🖤

1. My life is likely to last 10 to 15 years. Any separation from you will be painful: remember that before you get me.

2. Give me time to understand what you want of me.

3. Place your trust in me- it is crucial to my well being.

4. Do not be angry at me for long, and do not lock me up as punishment.

5. You have your work, your entertainment,and your friends. I only have you.

6. Talk to me sometimes. Even if I don’t understands your words, I understand your voice when it is speaking to me.

7. Be aware that how ever you treat me, I will never forget.

8. Remember before you hit me that I have teeth that could easily hurt you, but I choose not to bite you because I love you.

9. Before you scold me for being uncooperative, obstinate, or lazy, ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I might not be getting the right food, or I have been out too long, or my heart is getting too old and weak.

10. Take care of me when I get old; you too will grow old. Go with me on difficult journeys. Never say: “I cannot bear to watch” or “Let it happen in my absence.” Everything is easier for me if you are there, even my death.🐾

With snow in the forecast, we thought we would share a creative idea for those of you that have dogs that don’t like to go outside in the snow. Drop a large piece of wood in the yard right outside the door or at the bottom of the steps prior to the snowstorm. Wake up the next morning, lift up the piece of wood and your dog has a dry place to pee/poop. You may laugh, but this actually works! ❄️🐶
