is a Non-Profit, No Kill 501(c)(3) animal rescue that is dedicated to making a BIG difference in the lives of animals scheduled for euthanasia. Since our formation in 2005 we have successfully rehabilitated, spayed/neutered and adopted out over 7,000 animals. We believe education is the key to ensuring the well-being of companion animals, while helping to end the overpopulation, abuse and unwarran

ted euthanasia. We believe that every animal deserves a second chance at a long, happy and healthy life. rescues puppies and dogs of all ages and breeds. We take great pride in the health, temperament and adoption experience for both the animals and adopters. We specialize in puppies 6 months and younger as they do require more time, care, and medical treatment than an adult dogs. This is because a puppy’s immune system is not fully developed and is more susceptible to catching diseases. We quarantine all animals for a minimum of 21 days to help stop the spread of once deadly diseases. All animals are vaccinated, wormed, made up to date on flea/heart guard prevention and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. About 99% of the animals that we take in are rescued from high-kill shelters. 1% are owner surrender. We are one of the few rescues that treat any and all illnesses including mange, parvo, distemper, corona, influenza, kennel cough, broken bones, liver shunts, etc. We also take in blind and deaf animals. No problem is too big or too small.

Merry Christmas Eve!
We're Cheese and Crackers - beagle/lab mixed girls, around 4-4.5 months old and sisters!

We are playful, friendly, and social with other dogs and people. We haven't been cat tested, but we are still young, so it shouldn't be a problem. Our rescuers think we will be medium-sized girls, around 50 ish lbs when we grow up.

"Dogs are family - NOT lawn ornaments"
Meet Noelle - 6 month old staffy mix

Noelle was chained outside to a kennel for the entire 6 months she's been alive.
NO dog, especially a puppy, deserves to be treated that way. She had little to no protection from the outside elements, and access to food and water was scarce or non-existent.
Despite these horrible conditions, Noelle has been resilient with people and welcoming love from human interaction with open paws.
She does not, understandably, tolerate being around other animals as she is still in survival mode.
She does require a home without any other animals.
She came in emaciated (15 lbs) and is slowly and steadily putting on weight with a proper puppy diet.
Do you have the patience and understanding to show Noelle what true love is IN a home?
Can you give her the tools she needs to continue to heal from the severe neglect she endured?

Guess who has their SMILE back and full-on butt wiggles!!! Boomer landed a FANTASTIC foster home where he is getting that one on one time he SO needed! (THANK YOU!) He is eating, playing in the yard, chasing lizards, lounging on the couch, snuggling up, and relaxing again! Foster homes are ESSENTIAL to the success of our rescues that are saved.
