is a Non-Profit, No Kill 501(c)(3) animal rescue that is dedicated to making a BIG difference in the lives of animals scheduled for euthanasia. Since our formation in 2005 we have successfully rehabilitated, spayed/neutered and adopted out over 7,000 animals. We believe education is the key to ensuring the well-being of companion animals, while helping to end the overpopulation, abuse and unwarran

ted euthanasia. We believe that every animal deserves a second chance at a long, happy and healthy life. rescues puppies and dogs of all ages and breeds. We take great pride in the health, temperament and adoption experience for both the animals and adopters. We specialize in puppies 6 months and younger as they do require more time, care, and medical treatment than an adult dogs. This is because a puppy’s immune system is not fully developed and is more susceptible to catching diseases. We quarantine all animals for a minimum of 21 days to help stop the spread of once deadly diseases. All animals are vaccinated, wormed, made up to date on flea/heart guard prevention and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. About 99% of the animals that we take in are rescued from high-kill shelters. 1% are owner surrender. We are one of the few rescues that treat any and all illnesses including mange, parvo, distemper, corona, influenza, kennel cough, broken bones, liver shunts, etc. We also take in blind and deaf animals. No problem is too big or too small.

Meet Bluey!
The girl who’s ready to turn your “ruff” days around!
Bluey was adopted as a puppy, but through no fault of her own, she found herself back in rescue when her owner no longer had time for her.
She doesn’t hold a grudge, her tail still wags just as fast, and her heart is wide open for her next family.

At just 10 months old, this happy-go-lucky sweetheart is the perfect mix of playful and polite. She’s coy, flirtatious, and loves to make you laugh. But when it’s time to relax, she’s happy to curl up in her crate and wait patiently for your return.

Bluey thrives around other dogs and would adore a furry friend to play with. Her foster mom, who happens to be a dog trainer, is even offering complimentary training support to help Bluey transition smoothly into her new home.

Heelers sometimes get a bad rep for being too energetic, but Bluey is the exception. She’s balanced, affectionate, and eager to please. Her favorite things? A good game of chase, a loyal playmate, and all the head scratches she can get.

Bluey’s hoping her next adoption will be her fur-ever one. Could you be the one to make her tail wag for good?

Halloween Puppy Playtime! 🎃 🐾

We won’t be having adoptions on Friday, October 31st, but we’d love for you to join us on Thursday, October 30th from 5–7 PM for a Halloween Puppy Playtime at the Oviedo Mall! (1320 Oviedo Mall Blvd.)

Enjoy 2 hours of puppy cuddles and playtime and if you fall in love with one, you’ll have the chance to adopt on the spot!

The mall will also be hosting a spooky fun event with food, wine, and local vendors, so bring your friends and make it a night to remember!

The only kind of deception you’ll ever want in your life!

I might sound like a secret agent, but my only mission is stealing hearts (and maybe a few treats).
I’m a 4.5 month old Black Lab mix with a sweet, gentle soul and a serious talent for charm.

I get along wonderfully with kids, dogs, and even cats. No undercover drama here. I’m crate trained, learning to walk politely on a leash, and I catch on fast because, well, I’m one smart pup.

If you’re ready for a little “pawsitive deception” in your life, the kind where I trick you into falling in love forever, come meet me Friday!

Lab Mix Personality:

With newly adopted pets coming home after a busy adoption weekend, remember the 3-3-3 rule and let them decompress!

The 3-3-3 rule is a guideline for transitioning a rescue dog into its new home and helping it to settle in.
What is “Rescue dog decompression?”
This refers to the crucial period of time when a newly adopted dog from a shelter needs to gradually adjust to their new home environment, allowing them to relax and acclimate to new sights, sounds, and smells after the potentially stressful experience of being in a shelter, often by providing a quiet space and minimal stimulation in the first few days to avoid overwhelming them.

I didn’t find my forever home today...
I watched other pups leave with their new families, and I couldn’t help but wonder... will my special person come for me on Saturday?

My name is Kabooz… kind of sounds like “kaboom,” right? I guess you could say I’m just waiting for that kaboom moment when someone falls in love with me and my world finally changes.

I’m a 14–16 week old male beagle/hound mix with a stunning tri-colored coat and the sweetest, gentlest soul. I’m a little shy at first, but once I trust you, my tail starts wagging and my heart opens right up. I get along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and every kind human I meet.

I’ve got so much love waiting to give. I just need someone to take a chance on me.
