is a Non-Profit, No Kill 501(c)(3) animal rescue that is dedicated to making a BIG difference in the lives of animals scheduled for euthanasia. Since our formation in 2005 we have successfully rehabilitated, spayed/neutered and adopted out over 7,000 animals. We believe education is the key to ensuring the well-being of companion animals, while helping to end the overpopulation, abuse and unwarran

ted euthanasia. We believe that every animal deserves a second chance at a long, happy and healthy life. rescues puppies and dogs of all ages and breeds. We take great pride in the health, temperament and adoption experience for both the animals and adopters. We specialize in puppies 6 months and younger as they do require more time, care, and medical treatment than an adult dogs. This is because a puppy’s immune system is not fully developed and is more susceptible to catching diseases. We quarantine all animals for a minimum of 21 days to help stop the spread of once deadly diseases. All animals are vaccinated, wormed, made up to date on flea/heart guard prevention and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. About 99% of the animals that we take in are rescued from high-kill shelters. 1% are owner surrender. We are one of the few rescues that treat any and all illnesses including mange, parvo, distemper, corona, influenza, kennel cough, broken bones, liver shunts, etc. We also take in blind and deaf animals. No problem is too big or too small.

Every animal control, every rescue, and every foster home is full.
Animals don't turn themselves in -
PEOPLE DO.
We alone receive over 25 texts, emails, and calls a week from people wanting to get rid of their pets.
With adoptions and foster homes at an all-time low, we cannot keep up with the influx.

A pet is a lifetime commitment.
If you can't ensure that, don't get one.

If you must re-home - be responsible.
Take however long it takes to find a great home. Don't put the responsibility on someone else.
Your pet deserves that much.

Boomer is becoming more depressed and stressed as the days go by.
He is self isolating, losing interest in food, not wanting to play, and becoming irritable with other dogs.
This is the cold, hard reality of what giving up your pet does to them.
Within a blink of an eye, after 5 years, his entire world was turned upside down.

We are in need of a new foster home for Boomer without any other pets -
He needs time to desensitize and have that one on one human interaction again.
He is GREAT with people and kids as young as 7 - we have not toddler tested him.

Paisley Update: Day 53 "It's never too late to be what you might have been." Despite a minor setback of contracting hookworms (de worming has been started again), our sweet P is doing FANTASTIC! She has enjoyed listening to the Olympics and has taken up trying to become the first Freestyle Puppy Dressage Champion! As you can see in the video, her form is getting better, and she continues to bring smiles to our faces daily! We are hoping Paisley will find her forever home soon as she is ready for her next adventure! It costs us $160 a day to keep Paisley in hospital.
