Dear Valued Customer & Pup,

We hope this message finds you and your furry friends in good health! We understand that recent events may have raised concerns about your pet's wellbeing during vet visits, the dog park, and even your grooming appointments. We want to reassure you that at The Pet Bow-Tique, your pet's safety is our top priority!

While we have not had any cancelations regarding this, we wanted to proactively send a message to better explain our current procedures and what we will be doing going forward to ensure a safe environment for your pet:

-Individual Kennels: We use individual kennels to prevent direct contact between pets, this ensures that no dogs come in contact with each other and provides a personalized grooming experience. We have also gone the extra step to not put dogs in kennels next to each other. Not only does this protect against illnesses but it limits anxiety and fear for our fur friends

-Thorough Disinfection: Our team is committed to rigorous cleaning and disinfection of all tools, kennels, and equipment after each grooming session. Rest assure that all surfaces, tools and kennels are disinfected with the industries best products. This is a practice we began during the COVID-19 Pandemic and have not wavered from.

-Regular Health Checks: Our experienced staff monitors the health of all pets in our care, taking immediate action if any concerns arise. While it may go unnoticed, all of our new and returning customers are checked for fleas, ticks, matting, sores & cuts as well as any signs of illness upon check in. For those coming in for medicated baths (fleas or ticks) we have specialized kennels in a dedicated space that is treated.

-Vaccination Requirement: Ever since our move to Gingr we have required up-to-date vaccinations for all customer dogs. Our system alerts us when vaccines records have not been provided or when they are expiring, ensuring a safe and healthy environment. This is a non-negotiable requirement for our fur friends.

-Quick Pick Up: We also strongly encourage picking up your dog shortly after their appointment is completed.
