The Owasso Pet Festival is an annual pet adoption & wellness event presented by The Owasso Animal She The Owasso Pet Festival offers 4 important services:

The Owasso Pet Festival is the City of Owasso Animal Shelter's annual pet adoption & wellness event, formerly known as BARKtoberfest. The Owasso Pet Festival is held in conjunction with the Owasso Harvest Festival, every October, at Rayola Park. Promote pet adoptions from the Owasso Animal Shelter & local animal rescue groups.
2. Provide discounted veterinary services such as: vaccinations, microc

hipping, heartworm testing, toe nail trimming and more.
3. Provide pet owners with a way to meet pet related businesses that provide pet services in their area.
4. FUN! Our pet contests & Police K9 demos are fun for everyone!
