Its a very sad day today. My beloved Doe Maude passed away yesterday. She was absolutely fine in the morning but when I went to do my nightly water change and feeding. I discovered that she had a severe pr*****ed uterus. I spent most of the night with her in my arms putting sugar on the uterus and keeping it clean, while giving her water. There weren't any vets open to help her but I was able to get to the emergency vet early the next morning but unfortunately she was to weak to forgo surgery. So far I've lost 6 out of the 8 kits that were born

RIP my sweet ginger girl. Your sweet, sassy pants will be missed.
