At Must Love Dogs Pet Grooming we want to take the best care of our wonderful customers and groomer’s. As we start 2025, we want to remind everyone of our cancellation/no show policies.

• Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• If you are unable to give more than a 24 hour notice, this is considered a “no show” and is subject to our no show policy:
• First time: 25% of service price of missed appointment
• Second time: 50% of service price of missed appointment
• Third time: 100% of service fee of missed appointment and must prepay for future service
