Update: Spectrum said that they are working to correct the problem.

We have had several clients that have expressed that they have been getting busy signals when calling our offices today. The phone lines at Audubon Animal Hospital are working properly and we have been receiving calls throughout the day. All calls being made from landlines and from Verizon Plan cell phones are ringing through and are being answered. Phone calls being made by cell phones from AT&T plans to our office or to other land line phones that use Spectrum, are getting busy signals. If you have been trying to reach our office but are having trouble, you may want to try to call from a landline. Hopefully the issue will be resolved
