Gus has been groomed here numerous times, unfortunately he is in search for a new home as his mom fell sick and is unable to care for him! Hello, Downtown Hound friends! ❤️🐾 We have some very exciting news to share! Our fantastic groomer, Ashley Abrams, will be welcoming her first little bundle of joy near the end of December!👣👶🍼

Starting Dec 17th, Ash will be on maternity leave through Jan. If your pup is typically groomed by Ashley, they will be placed temporarily with our two amazing groomers, Kat and Aubrey. If you would like to wait until Ashley's return for an appointment, please let us know!

WITH this exciting news, unfortunately we won't be accepting any cat grooms in that time frame, but will be scheduling any kitties needing a spa day for before or after!

Sorry for any inconvenience! Please help us make this transition as welcoming and worry free as possible so Ashley and Paul can focus on their new baby boy! 💙🍼🩵

We are currently on the look out for a hardworking, dedicated dog lover to add to our team! This would be bathing position, available immediately. Full time preferred but will consider part time. Experince with dogs in a professional setting is highly preferred but willing to train the right person!

Good morning! We have some exciting news to share! ❤️🐾

We'd love to introduce Aubrey Montney! Aubrey has just finished a 150 hour apprenticeship with us, through Animal Behavioral College, and has proven to be a talented young groomer! She will be starting next week as a part time groomer with us. She’s currently accepting bath and brush dogs, with light trim ups and neaten ups. So call now to get your pups in to meet her!


Here's a bit about Aubrey! She's an avid animal lover, and outdoorswomen, who also enjoys thrifting and creative projects! She has a small farm of her own, with many furbabies including her two dogs, Luna the husky, and Kylo the aussie, as well as Rudy the potbelly pig and lots of others! She loves all her hobbies passionately, and is SO excited to start her journey in the world of dog grooming, here at Downtown Hound with us!

And we couldn't be more excited to have her! Please welcome Aubrey!! ❤️🐾❤️

P**P HAPPENS!! 💩

Please remember to give your pups the opportunity to have a potty break before their appointment. We have a potty area on either side of our main entrance. Please use the grass, and avoid the landscaping if possible!

Just a reminder to please clean up and dispose of your pups poo! There is a clean up station on both sides for convenience. If the station is out of bags, needing to be emptied, OR if you need us to HELP in poo removal please let us know! Everyone appreciates a clean potty area! Thank you!🤎 😁🐾🥰
