Mr. Butters was in for his first visit! He received his free samples of heartworm and flea prevention and a free toe nail trim. He also got his first Distemper vaccine. He will be back in 3 weeks to get that boosted. He weighed in at 9.5 pounds. What kind of dog do you think Mr. Butters is? UPDATE...ENGLISH BULLDOG

Hi I am Rudy. My mom is the office manager at Clay-Mar. I am special! I got to go to work with mom and get pampered. First I got weighed. Oh no.. 102 #. Mom says no more treats! Then Dr. Teri checked me all over. I just love attention! My paws are red so I bet I will get some medication. Then this pretty lady named Ashley gave me some pokes.. it only hurt for a second. Mom called them vaccines. She then poked my neck! She took some red stuff out of my neck and put it in a tube. Mom said to get bloodwork done. I trust mom. I got to look into Ashley's pretty eyes while mom held me. She was so gentle and then told me I was a good boy. My toe nails got cut. Sadie came to visit me, so we took a picture Casie greeted me. Raime was all over me. She dog sat with me a couple times while mom and dad was gone. . She rubbed me all over my body! Now I need a nap! I love my Clay-Mar family!

Due to the new Shiawassee County procedure for processing dog licenses, we will not be carrying licenses in clinic this year. All 2024 Shiawassee County dog licenses must be purchased through the Shiawassee County Treasurer’s office.

Below is an example of the information that you will need to take or mail to the Shiawassee County Treasurer to receive your 2024 dog license.

Just a reminder. We are coming upon last month that dog licenses are available at the Treasury Office at the court house. After February 29th.. the rates go up. Does your dog need his Rabies vaccine? Give us a call asap as we are booking into mid February!
